Principal Major Projects Planner - Hybrid Local Authority

Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in the Home Counties in the search for a Principal Major Projects Planning Officer to join their Development Management team on an initial 6-month contract (with the potential to extend).

We are looking for a planning professional with the experience to handle major applications, strong knowledge of relevant planning legislation, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
