Overview

Identity & Access Management Recruiter Managing

Location: Utrecht area, flexible hybrid; weekly in-person socialising/knowledge sharing. Plus a work-from-anywhere policy for when you need it.

Level: Principal, 8+ years experience

Salary: Up to 7,000 per month base salary + 13th month + other benefits

Responsibilities

• Advising, architecting, designing and implementing a range of IAM solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Hands-on project execution for solution implementations, leading projects, and contributing to IAM strategic visions.
• Deploy IAM solutions, integrating them into existing environments.
• End-to-end implementations, advisory work, migrations, upgrades, expert product trainings for clients in Finance, Manufacturing, and more.
• Contribute to business growth; be self-sufficient, able to lead and guide others; shape projects and the company's growth.
• Collaborate with a team of principals and other staff; contribute ideas in an open and honest environment.
• Bring value in core areas such as Okta, Forgerock products, or Omada; upskill in other areas as desired.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years as an IAM consultant; comfortable being self-sufficient and leading projects.
• Languages: English fluency required; Dutch preferred.
• Expertise in one or more: Okta/Auth0, Ping (PingIDM, PingAM, PingDS), Omada, ForgeRock products.
• Ability to work in a growing company with opportunity to influence projects and growth.
