• Location: Utrecht area, flexible hybrid - most go once a week usually to socialise/knowledge share. + enjoy a work from anywhere in the world policy for when you need it
• Level: Principal, 8+ years experience
• Salary: Upto 7,000 per month base salary + 13th month + other benefits

• You're an experienced technical IAM consultant - 8+ years is a rough guide
• You're comfortable being self sufficient on IAM projects and you're comfortable leading, sharing knowledge/setting an example
• You're someone who'd thrive in an environment you can help shape in a growing company
• You have a technical skillset - implementations, customisations, migrations etc. You can architect, design, develop, implement Java, Javascript, CI/CD, Dev Ops, Kubernetes, SAML2, OIDC, OAuth2 won't sound alien to you.
• Expertise in one or more of the following: Okta/Auth0, Ping (forgerock products - PingIDM, PingAM, PingDS etc), or Omada.

What you'll be doing

As a Principal IAM Consultant, you'll be advising, architecting, designing and implementing a range of IAM solutions tailored to your client's needs.

You'll be involved in hands on project execution for solution implementations, leading projects, and contributing to IAM strategic visions. You'll be technically hands on with the deployment of IAM solutions integrating them in to existing environments and more.

Get involved in end to end implementations, advisory work, migrations, upgrades, expert product trainings and more for clients in Finance, Manufacturing and everything in between.

At principal level, you'll be someone who's able and happy to contribute to the growth of the business. You'll be self sufficient in your projects, able to lead and guide others, and someone who's looking for more than just another 'IAM consultant' role.

You'll be someone happy to help the business move forward & to also play a role in influencing the kind of projects you'd like to be involved in too, as well as shaping the growth of the company but you won't be alone. You'll have 4 other principals, then seniors, mid and juniors around, and everyone contributes their ideas in an open and honest way.

3 core areas you could bring value to straight away would either be with expertise in Okta, Forgerock products, or Omada if you're someone who wants to add to your skillset, they'd love to support you in upskilling in other areas. Here, your ideas, experience and interests are valued.

As a growing company, there isn't a structure that's fully organised yet, and there are plenty of opportunities to influence how things develop, as well as to take ownership in areas you enjoy and more.
