In this role, you will establish CDS services as the primary customer communication platform for enterprise, partner and ISV customers. You will work frequently with AWS sales, business development, marketing and product management to accelerate the sales cycle by driving adoption and revenue through sales enablement programs. You will drive awareness and scale by launching sales programs and solving problems, making it easier for Amazon sellers to sell both Amazon SES and AWS End User Messaging solutions across email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and push notification channels.

- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Strong background in communication services (email, SMS, encrypted communications, multi-channel and CPaaS).
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
- Experience working with sellers on launching repeatable sales plays.
