The consultant will play a critical role in driving CrowdStrike ARR growth and advancing the global maturity of the Falcon Flex program. What You'll Do: Act as the subject matter expert for Falcon Flex, advising on deal structure, policy, economics, and governance for new and existing customers Lead Falcon Flex deal lifecycle design and execution, including new acquisitions, activations, expansions, and renewals Own end to end Falcon Flex deal reviews and manage approval workflows to ensure compliant and optimized transactions Coordinate deal strategy and execution across Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Alliance partners, and customers Support non standard transactions through cross functional review and approval processes Perform financial modeling and analysis to assess commercial terms, risk, and operational impact Communicate deal recommendations, risks, and status to senior cross functional leadership Advise on pricing strategy and structuring for current and emerging go to market offerings Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, IT, Marketing, and Alliance teams to drive policy alignment, operational efficiency, and automation Identify and lead process and system improvements related to Falcon Flex deal execution What You'll Need: 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales operations, finance, deal desk, or related roles within a SaaS environment Strong understanding of subscription and ARR business models Proven experience in financial modeling, BI/data analysis, and deal evaluation Experience with Salesforce CRM/CPQ and complex sales infrastructure Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT Strategic, consultative mindset with sound judgment and problem solving skills Strong stakeholder management and cross functional influence capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: Market leader in compensation and equity awards Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge Paid parental and adoption leaves Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections Vibrant office culture with world class amenities Great Place to Work Certified(TM) across the globeCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
