Job Description 
- Assist to lead the technical and project management delivery of electrical projects
- Assist tender bid for electrical Services
- Formalise standards for specifications, drawings, etc. in conjunction with other Team Leaders and Division Leaders
- Keep Team members informed and aware of the latest practices, materials availability, legislative rules and regulations, etc.
- Prepare/provide Conceptual Design/sketches
- Ensure technicality/Design documentation work carried out by team members is appropriate and comply with codes and local authority requirements
- Ensure various project submissions are made on time and follow up on comments to obtain approval
- Ensure concept and sketch designs are approved before progressing to the next stage
- Oversee and control efficiency and quality of work produced by the Team members
- Ensure timeliness of production of works carried out by the Team
- Attend Client meeting and critical project meetings
- Mentoring junior staffs
- Review the detailed electrical Calculations Report, design, and drawings.
- Review presentation slides' technical/Design
- Coordinate with the client, consultant, and Contractor on design, construction and submission aspects of projects
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Recognised by Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore)
- Must have experience working with an engineering design consultancy firm
- Min. 6 years' experience in the design/construction industry
- Competent knowledge of local practice, i.e. Code of Practice, Standards and local authority submission
- Knowledge & experience in the process of obtaining TOP/CSC for the projects
- Good report writing, communication and presentation skills
