Principal Consultant Contract Fully Onsite Leeds

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to lead Payroll cloud transformation programmes in a fully onsite role in Leeds for 6 months.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver end-to-end payroll transformation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Payroll best practices, compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to define requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Payroll processes through technology.
• Lead teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
• Contribute to practice development and pre sales activities, enhancing service offerings and go to market initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• Client and stakeholder engagement/management
• Extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools including: HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Payroll Batch Loader

• Lead and assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional problems

Note: Candidates must demonstrate hands on experience in Payroll cloud transformation and strong expertise in Oracle HCM technical tools.
