Our London team have a great opportunity for a Senior Level Consultant with experience working in Programme Management Office space to join us, working with our clients to positively impact the environment. Predominantly working with our Water & Energy clients you will look to develop and broaden our service offering to meet the need and challenges of our clients.

Examples of our work includes advising our clients on establishing operating models, developing operating models and performance management frameworks to delivering net zero programmes. We also undertake programme services ranging from establish, improvement and recovery diagnostics. The role will lead and deliver on key aspects of major programmes from a PMO perspective.

As a senior member of our established Programme Management team, you will also support the development of the existing group through mentoring, managing, and coaching.

ABOUT YOU

Fundamental to your success is your strong collaboration and client engagement skills. You are passionate about delivering efficient and innovative solutions and are driven to challenge conventional thinking. Your engaging, personable, and persuasive communication skills is considered as one your key strengths. We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant professional qualifications such as but not limited to APM PMQ, MSP Practitioner etc.

  • Experience of working on large Capital programmes.

  • Experience of working on process improvement and organisational maturity is favourable.

  • Experience of working in the regulated Energy, Water or Infrastructure sector is highly regarded.

  • Experience or background in cost, commercial and performance reporting would be beneficial.
