An exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to step into a Principal role within a thriving and collaborative design consultancy.

This role will suit a hands on engineer who enjoys technical delivery, leading design projects, and mentoring others in a growing regional office.

The Role:

• Leading the delivery of civil infrastructure design on major residential, commercial, and mixed use developments
• Overseeing drainage, highways, and earthworks design using Civil 3D and MicroDrainage
• Managing projects, budgets, and client relationships
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers and technicians

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years' UK consultancy experience
• Strong technical background in drainage, highways, and infrastructure
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD and MicroDrainage
• Excellent communication and client facing ability
