The post-holder will take an important clinical role in all functions of the Service, with responsibility for the skilled performance of a wide range of complex audiological work under the overall direction of the Clinical Lead and Head of the Service. You will be responsible for training and supporting junior colleagues and students and in the absence of the Head of Service and the Clinical Lead you will be expected to takeover all clinical responsibility for the Service.

The post holder will actively contribute to the development of the Service as a centre of excellence by taking lead responsibility for one or more clinical functions of the Service. You will be responsible for carrying out service improvement and research projects as well as contributing to quality assurance and audit.
