This is an exciting opportunity to lead the charge in delivering high-impact AI capabilities for global clients as part of a dynamic team within a global managed service provider. you'll drive cutting-edge conversational AI, generative AI, LLMOps, MLOps, & AIOps initiatives, work on client-facing projects that transform customer experiences, automate IT operations, and unlock real business value through scalable, secure AI solutions.

Travel: Occasional international travel to meet stakeholders and customers worldwide (USA, United Arab Emirates, EU)

As a Principal AI Solutions Architect, you will:

• Shape AI strategy and create high-level designs for enterprise AI and automation solutions.
• Lead the development and implementation of Conversational AI applications, virtual agents, and voice assistants across multiple channels.
• Implement robust LLMOps & MLOps practices to manage the full model life cycle, ensuring quality, performance, and governance.
• Design secure integrations leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agentic AI architectures.
• Architect and scale AIOps platforms to boost IT operations, automation, and observability.
• Collaborate closely with data science, engineering, and client teams to deliver seamless AI-driven experiences.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor teams on AI best practices, and champion responsible AI principles.
• Support pre-sales with technical expertise and hands-on guidance for advanced AI solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar, with hands-on experience in AI development tools and frameworks.
• Background in AI architecture, with practical experience in Conversational AI and LLM platforms (experience with Amelia or similar products highly desirable).
• Knowledge of LLMOps, MLOps, AIOps, and modern AI engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with databases (eg, Oracle, MSSQL, MongoDB, DB2) and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure integration patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, vendor management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Hands-on, practical mindset with a client-facing orientation.
