Primary Teaching Assistant

Teach South Sussex are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools across Worthing and the surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for the flexibility of day-to-day supply work or a more consistent full-time or part-time long-term position, we have a wide range of opportunities available to suit your availability and experience.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. Roles are available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, including classroom support, small group interventions and 1:1 support for pupils who require additional assistance.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have previous experience working in a school or with children.
• Are patient, reliable and passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• Are adaptable and confident working in different school environments.
