Qualified Primary Teacher - Supply (Long-Term Cover)
Location: Spalding, PE12
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, up to 5 days per week

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a Qualified Primary Teacher to work on a long-term supply basis in local primary schools across Spalding (PE12). This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and adaptable teacher who enjoys the variety of working in different school settings while still having the consistency of a full-time, long-term role.

This position is ideal for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to build classroom experience, or experienced teachers who would like to step away from the full pressures of a permanent role while continuing to do what they do best - teach.

You will be delivering engaging lessons, maintaining positive classroom environments, and supporting pupils' learning across the primary age range.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality lessons across primary year groups
• Follow school planning or adapt lessons where required
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Support pupils' academic and personal development

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Access to your own vehicle and ability to travel to local schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• A flexible and professional approach
