The Role:

Delivering engaging lessons across the Primary National Curriculum
Planning and adapting learning to meet pupil needs
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Managing behaviour and maintaining high expectations
Assessing pupil progress and providing appropriate feedback
Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
Working effectively with Teaching Assistants and wider school staff
Following school policies, routines, and safeguarding procedures

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Recent experience teaching within a primary school
Confident classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management
Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
Able to adapt quickly to different school environments
Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
Passionate about pupil progress and creating positive learning experiences
