The School and Role

A welcoming primary school in Sunderland is seeking a part-time Year 5/6 Teacher to work 2.5 days per week, job sharing with another teacher. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons, support pupils' progress, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Previous experience teaching upper Key Stage 2 is desirable, along with strong classroom management and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a job-share arrangement.

Requirements

• Experience of working with primary school aged children
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team
