We are working in partnership with a range of welcoming primary schools across Cardigan and the surrounding areas, recruiting talented and enthusiastic teachers to work across the Foundation Phase, Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

The Role

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Support the academic progress and wellbeing of pupils
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Contribute to the wider school community and school improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour

Who We're Looking For

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within primary schools
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Are passionate about delivering high quality teaching and learning
• Can inspire, motivate, and support young learners to achieve their potential
• Are adaptable, professional, and committed to pupil success
