Primary Supply Teacher - Flexible Opportunities
Manchester Flexible Days Primary Schools & Multi Academy Trusts
Competitive Daily Rates Reflective of Experience & Assignment
Are you a Primary Teacher looking for greater flexibility and a better work-life balance, without losing the opportunity to become a familiar face within the schools you work in?
Aspire People is recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across Manchester within schools and Multi Academy Trusts that we have established working relationships and agreements with.
We understand that flexibility is one of the biggest benefits of supply teaching - but that doesn't mean you should have to work in a different school every day.
Wherever possible, we aim to provide our teachers with regular work within the same schools and Trusts, allowing you to build relationships with staff and pupils, understand individual school routines and expectations, and provide valuable consistency for the children you teach.
Supply that works around you
Whether you're looking for one or two days each week, full-time flexibility or something in between, we can work around your availability.
Opportunities can include:
Day-to-day teaching cover.
Pre-booked supply.
Regular work within the same schools.
Short and medium-term assignments.
PPA and planned absence cover.
Longer-term opportunities if you're looking for greater consistency.
Who are we looking for?
We welcome applications from both ECTs and experienced Primary Teachers who:
Hold QTS.
Have a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality teaching, regardless of the length of the assignment.
Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Are adaptable, reliable and professional.
Have a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
For ECTs, flexible supply can provide valuable experience across different year groups and settings while helping you develop your classroom confidence and identify the type of school in which you'd ultimately like to build your career.
For experienced teachers, it can offer the opportunity to continue doing the job you love while regaining greater control over when and how often you work.
Why Aspire People?
Flexible work built around your availability.
Competitive rates of pay reflective of your experience and the work undertaken.
Opportunities within established Multi Academy Trust partnerships.
Regular placements within the same schools wherever possible.
Weekly pay.
Dedicated local consultant support.
Access to long-term opportunities if your circumstances change.
If you're looking for flexible Primary teaching work without feeling like you're starting again in a new school every morning, we'd love to hear from you.
