Schools are looking for a committed Primary SEN Teaching Assistant who can provide consistent support in the classroom while encouraging independence and confidence.

As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant in Warrington, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Support children with autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and other SEND requirements
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Work alongside teachers, SENCOs and parents to support pupil progress

The ideal Primary SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school or similar setting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A calm, patient and proactive approach
• A genuine passion for inclusive education
