Location: Chesterfield

Start Date: September 2026

Contract: Full-Time

Pay: Competitive daily rate via Connex Education Partnership- Subject to experience and Qualification.

Connex Education is proud to be working exclusively with a respected Multi Academy Trust, supporting a range of primary schools across Chesterfield.

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary school Teachers to join one of our multi academy schools starting from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate primary practitioner to make a positive impact within a nurturing school environment that places children and community at the heart of everything it does.

You will deliver engaging, curriculum-led lessons, maintain a positive and structured learning environment, and support pupils' academic and social development.

Assignment Details
  • Full-time classroom teaching responsibility.
  • Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
  • Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, achievement and personal development.

Person Specification
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working within a UK primary school setting (KS1 and/or KS2)
  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging, age appropriate lessons
  • Knowledge of the primary national curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Be committed to delivering high quality teaching and learning
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
