School Cleaner (Primary School) LS7, Leeds Split Shift: 7:00am - 9:00am & 3:15pm - 5:15pm (Monday to Friday) Term Time + Additional Cleaning Days Competitive hourly rate

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly and welcoming primary school in LS7 for a School Cleaner to join their site team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and contributing to a positive learning environment for pupils and staff.

Duties will include:

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors and communal areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Cleaning toilets, washrooms and replenishing supplies
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the school
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Securing designated areas where required

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous cleaning experience (school cleaning experience desirable but not essential)
• Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Be able to work independently and efficiently
• Be committed to maintaining a safe and clean environment for children and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
