We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team.

School: SIAL.school, 154-156 Holland Park Avenue, W11 4UH Contract: Part time, Term Time Only Hours: 4 hours 30 minutes per day (Monday to Friday) Working Time: Variable (between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm depending on school needs) Salary: £15,000

Primary School Caretaker (Part Time, Term Time Only)

About the Role We are looking for a reliable, practical, and friendly Caretaker to join our school team. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of the school by ensuring that our buildings and grounds are safe, clean and well maintained. This position is part time and term time only, ideal for someone looking to contribute to a school community in a hands on way.

Main Duties Will Include:

• Helping to keep the school site safe, clean, and in good working order
• Opening and closing parts of the school as needed
• Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs
• Supporting with general upkeep of indoor and outdoor spaces
• Assisting with setting up for school events
• Helping with supervision and routines during lunchtime and break time

• A reliable, flexible, and practical individual
• Someone who takes pride in their work and contributes positively to the school community
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Basic maintenance experience (preferred but not essential)
• Willingness to undertake safeguarding and first aid training
