Primary Packaging Project Lead

A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a consultant/freelancer to drive strategic projects related to primary packaging systems (innovation, development, industrialization, and lifecycle management).

Your Mission

Lead the development of new primary packaging systems aligned with medical devices and regulatory requirements

Coordinate lifecycle management activities for primary packaging across multiple sites and external partners

Conduct competitive and technological scouting on materials and components

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (ISO 13485, 21 CFR820, GMP )

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment

Your Profile

️ 5 to 10 years of experience in primary packaging within the pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device industry

️ Strong expertise in project management and packaging regulations

️ Experience working in a global environment (EU/US)

️ Excellent communication and leadership skills

️ Fluent in English is a must
