Pay: £500 - £550 per week
Contract: Full-time, 1-Year Fixed Term

About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' academic development and classroom engagement. You will:

Work closely with class teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning

Lead small group interventions in literacy and numeracy

Provide targeted academic support to help pupils reach their full potential

Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

Promote a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment

Use your initiative while also working effectively as part of a team

Candidate Requirements:

A 1st Class or strong 2:1 degree from a Russell Group or top university

Excellent academic background, including very strong A Levels and GCSEs

Strong literacy and numeracy skills - essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively independently and within a team

A genuine passion for education and a long-term career in teaching

Confidence in delivering small group interventions

A strong understanding of safeguarding

You must hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one prior to the trial
