What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver exciting, well-structured lessons that spark curiosity and ignite a love of learning
• Support every child's progress through thoughtful assessment and nurturing feedback
• Create a classroom where pupils feel safe, motivated, and eager to achieve
• Build meaningful relationships with colleagues, families, and the wider school community
• Take part in staff meetings, CPD sessions, and whole-school events
• Bring fresh ideas, collaborate on new initiatives, and help shape engaging learning experiences
• Continue to develop your expertise with ongoing professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an international equivalent
• Experience in a primary school setting
• Strong understanding of the UK curriculum and modern, effective teaching approaches
• An energetic teacher who can inspire, motivate, and connect with pupils
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
• A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education and children's success
