A well-established and highly regarded Infant School in Hampshire is seeking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join its supportive team from September 2026.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Support pupils within the classroom, individually and in small groups.
- Provide learning support to help children access the curriculum.
- Encourage children's confidence, independence and social development.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff.
- Assist with the emotional, behavioural and educational needs of pupils.
- Promote a safe, positive and engaging learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be passionate about supporting young children.
- Have experience working with children within a school, childcare or similar setting.
- Be patient, caring and supportive.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate flexibility, commitment and a positive attitude.
