Pricing Specialist

BFF Bank spa is a banking institution with a presence in the market for approximately 40 years, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, and continuously growing and expanding. It is the largest specialized finance operator in Italy, as well as a leader in Europe in managing and disposing of non-performing commercial credit claims against Public Administrations. The Group also leads in Italy in Securities Services and banking payment services.

To expand our internal team, we are looking for a:

Pricing Specialist

The candidate, will have the following main responsibilities:

• Take a part in creating pricing strategy, responsible for pricing models, prepare scenarios as requested,
• Preparing the pricing budget, responsible for pricing models, prepare scenarios as requested,
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports related to volumes,
• Maintenance of the pricing model, especially in terms of systems update to adapt it to changing requirements,
• Improve existing and develop new tools to automatize and simplify the processes and pricing simulations,
• Support to Sales OU and BFF Pricing Foreign Markets OU in case of special deals, perform special pricing analysis based on scenarios and needs,
• Providing opinions on transactions requiring an additional pricing decision,
• Monitor the decision-making process to solve potential problems and respond quickly on decision-makers' requests.

Requirments

• Proactive mindset with a focus on KPI achievement (priority-oriented)
• Working in an international environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible approach to problem-solving and strong teamwork attitude.
• Team working predisposition and problem-solving oriented.

Experience

• 2 years of work experience
• Pricing activities within the banking sector / financial markets (nice to have)
• English level C1, Italian knowledge nice to have
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, knowledge and understanding of financial statements (nice to have)
