Pricing Manager

Our client, a leading organisation within the Irish insurance market, is seeking an experienced Actuary to join its Pricing team in a permanent capacity.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Dublin city centre and offers excellent exposure across pricing strategy, profitability reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a strong opportunity to take ownership of key pricing decisions within a well-established insurance business, working closely with senior leadership to shape commercial outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial pricing programmes, analysing claims and persistency data to inform business outcomes
• Own the monthly profitability reporting process for senior stakeholders across the business
• Partner with claims, commercial, marketing, and operations teams to identify emerging trends
• Manage the development and governance of complex actuarial pricing models
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team to achieve its full potential
• Provide actuarial input on strategic and business change projects as required

Requirements

• Qualified Actuary (FIA / FFA / FSAI or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills with a natural curiosity for data and trends
• Non-Life or Health pricing/reserving experience an advantage but not essential
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SQL, and VBA
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
