Pricing Manager

We are seeking a Pricing Manager to join our experienced Pricing team at RSA on a hybrid basis. The role involves delivering actuarial analyses in areas such as product pricing, risk modelling, corporate planning, reinsurance, claims reserves, and underwriting analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, develop, and motivate a team of pricing experts to ensure timely and accurate analyses and pricing models.
- Support the development of portfolio strategy alongside senior management.
- Represent the team at meetings and collaborate with the Commercial Underwriting Office and P&L to communicate findings and support implementation.
Ideal candidates will have experience in leading high-performance teams, knowledge of insurance pricing and modelling techniques, and relevant actuarial or practical pricing experience. Proficiency in technology and analytical tools such as Excel, Emblem, Radar, VBA, and R is essential.
