My client, a leading insurance group are recruiting a Pricing Analyst and Senior Analyst. The roles are hybrid (2 days in office and 3 remote) and based South Dublin. The business operates across Private Car, Home Insurance and commercial lines.

The Pricing Analysts will support the delivery of the client's pricing strategy across Motor, Home Insurance and Commercial Motor portfolios. The role focuses on pricing analysis, rate implementation, testing, performance monitoring and analytical support.

Main Responsibilities

• Implement and test rate changes across Private Car, Home Insurance and Commercial Motor portfolios
• Monitor pricing experience, performance and emerging portfolio trends
• Assist in the development and refinement of pricing models and analytical frameworks
• Support analysis underpinning pricing strategies and portfolio actions
• Work closely with data teams to ensure accurate and timely inputs into pricing
• Work closely with Underwriting, Claims, Operations and Distribution teams

What Skills You Need

• Experience in an insurance pricing or pricing analytics role, either as a pricing actuary or a non actuarial pricing analyst is essential
• 2+ years relevant experience for one the Analyst level and 4+ years for the Senior Pricing Analyst role

Base salary depends on level of experience and level of role
