We're looking for a proactive Press Fleet Manager to manage Demonstration Fleets for a major OEM, based at the customer's office in Uxbridge.

Working closely with the Account Team and wider Customer Service Centre, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality service across all aspects of fleet management. You'll be the face of BCA Logistics-ensuring exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

• Act as the primary liaison with the customer, ensuring accurate and timely information for vehicle deliveries
• Manage requests on behalf of the client and their stakeholders
• Deliver clear, professional communication with high-profile individuals via phone and email
• Ensure all vehicle packs and specification sheets are complete and dispatched correctly
• Oversee vehicle preparation to the highest quality
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
• Manage on-fleet and de-fleet activity in line with KPIs
• Track Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to meet customer requirements
• Maintain accurate records across internal and external systems
• Attend events when required as a logistics point of contact
• Support occasional evening or weekend activities

• Proven experience in logistics, ideally within the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of Press coordination
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage deadlines and meet performance targets
• Customer-focused, with a professional and friendly approach
• Strong administrative and IT skills (especially Excel)
• A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
