The Opportunity

As the EMEA Pre-Sales Lead, you will manage a technical team that partners with enterprise clients to develop customized infrastructure solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, aligning pre-sales initiatives with commercial strategies to support client adoption of advanced cooling technologies.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a growing team of pre-sales engineers in the EMEA region
  • Coordinate with global peers to ensure alignment across regional pre-sales operations
  • Define and execute strategies that support sales targets and technical excellence
  • Deliver client-specific solution designs that integrate high-efficiency cooling technologies
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops with prospective customers
  • Guide solution development processes including architecture design and RFP responses
  • Track industry shifts to inform product positioning and client engagement
  • Support post-deal transitions to ensure smooth technical onboarding


What You'll Bring

  • Over 10 years of experience in technical pre-sales or engineering leadership roles
  • Expertise in liquid cooling and related infrastructure within high-density IT environments
  • Strong understanding of compute-intensive technologies, including HPC and AI deployment needs
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline
  • Skilled in translating technical requirements into compelling business proposals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience working with clients in energy- or performance-sensitive industries is a plus
