Premium Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid, Office Training

Huntress is recruiting for a Premium Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a well-known client based in Morley, LS27. The role is hybrid after training, with two days a week in the office, and a full-time start on 14th September.

You will provide mainly telephone-based, high-touch service to Premium customers, handle inbound calls, resolve enquiries promptly, and manage high-priority escalations for CEOs and executives while keeping CRM records up to date.
