We are looking for a conscientious and self motivatedPremises Managerto join our supportive and collaborative team.
We strive to provide an aesthetically stimulating, nurturing environment for all our pupils and staff to learn, work, and play safely. The Premises Manager will play a crucial role in keeping our school in perfect condition so our children can access the first-class education we can offer in an environment that is clean, safe and secure. You will have responsibility for security, monitoring, cleaning, building and maintenance.
As a Premises Manageryou will be conscientious,dynamicand work well as part of the wider trust Estatesteam. To be considered for this role, you will need experience and knowledge of regulatory bodies and compliance. You will be responsible for all planned maintenance, health and safety compliance, including carrying out and reviewing premises-related risk assessments and action plans. A good selection of DIY / Handyperson skills is essential.
Salary: Bexley 08 Est Actual £24,573 (FTE £30,717). Hours: 28.8 hours per week (4 days a week), working pattern to be negotiated.
