My client is a leading building contractor with a busy and growing workload. They seek to strengthen their team with a Preconstruction Design Manager to tender on various industrial projects.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the building sector.
• Previous employment as a Design Coordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, or Preconstruction Manager.
• Ideally, experience on industrial projects.
• Candidates with experience on other general build projects and strong preconstruction/tender background will also be considered.
• Previous employment with a main contractor is essential.
• High communication skills.
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree/HND/HNC).

Location & Remuneration

Location: Northampton office with some remote work available.

Remuneration: Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience), car allowance, healthcare, very competitive pension, and bonuses.
