Location: Shooting Stars Nursery, 55 Compton Road West, Wolverhampton, WV3 9DU
Salary: £15.30 per hour £31,824 per annum
Contract: Full time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:30am-6:00pm All year round Closed on bank holidays

Our well established Wolverhampton team arelooking for a warm, enthusiastic and experiencedPre School Room Leader to guide and support our children in readiness forschool.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, playful Pre School environment and is ready to take the lead in delivering exceptional child centred learning.
Who We're Looking ForA passionate Early Years leader who brings energy, imagination and a genuine love for helping children grow and flourish.
- Level 3 (or above) full and relevant Early Years qualification
- Experience working in a children's day nursery
- Previous Room Leader or Team Leader experience
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and SEND
- A warm, engaging approach to building strong partnerships with families
- A commitment to play based, child led learning that prepares children for school
As our Pre School Room Leader, you'll take the lead in creating a joyful, well organised and inspiring environment where children feel confident, capable and excited to learn.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver high quality Pre School learning
- Act as a Key Person, building positive, supportive relationships with families
- Plan rich, exciting and meaningful learning experiences that spark curiosity
- Ensure the room meets EYFS, safeguarding and health & safety standards
- Foster an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and understood
- Support, mentor and coach colleagues to continually develop their practice
- Champion reflective practice, creativity and a love of learning
