Pre Sales Consultant to support the field sales manager with product support, training and delivery of products to clients. The role involves travel across the country, with the remainder of work performed from home when not traveling. The company is a multi award winning solutions provider and a top 100 small company for over five years, nominated for the Investors in People award.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in Industrial Automation, PLC, MES, SCADA, and Wonderware during pre sales engagements
• Assist the Field Sales Manager in product support and customer training
• Travel as required to meet clients and support field operations
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers

Basic requirements:

• Knowledge and working experience of Industrial Automation
• Experience with PLC, MES, SCADA, WONDERWARE
• Engineering background (degree preferred)
• Previous customer service or customer oriented role
• Valid driving licence
