Pre-Sales Consultant - UK

We are looking to hire a motivated IT Pre-Sales Consultant who wants to work with an amazing team and help us become the market leader in the UK!

This is a full-time position based out of our offices in Bristol or Reading (UK), and we are looking to fill it as soon as possible.

Your Job

• Support our UK and US sales teams in customer projects.
• Deliver presentations about Hornetsecurity Services.
• Ensure a successful onboarding process for our customers.
• Follow up and nurture customer relationships to provide exceptional service.
• Participate in technical aspects of tenders.
• Assist sales staff in resolving complex technical issues.

Your Profile

• Hold an IT educational background.
• Have professional experience in IT support, help desk, onboarding, pre-sales, or consulting of IT solutions, preferably in IT security or SaaS environments.
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to customers.
• Enjoy convincing customers of Hornetsecurity Services through presentations and web meetings.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred.
• Be proactive, prefer completing tasks promptly, and enjoy working in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Be eager to grow within a dynamic and ambitious team in the cybersecurity industry.
