Pre-Construction Manager

We're looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join our growing commercial team at AIM.

This is a key role where you'll lead projects from initial enquiry through to contract award, ensuring they're commercially viable, technically sound, and set up for success.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading bids and managing the full tender process

Developing cost plans, programmes, and methodologies

Coordinating design with consultants and internal teams

Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions

Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners

Supporting the successful handover to delivery teams

What We're Looking For

5-10+ years' experience in construction

Background in pre construction, estimating, or project management

Strong commercial and technical knowledge

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar
