Pre - Litigation Claims Handler

As Property Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property and mixed claims within a collaborative pre litigation environment.

• As a Claims Handler Pre-Litigation, you will ensure effective resolution within a regulated, pre-litigation environment.
• You will shape claims strategies, work closely with loss adjusters, brokers, and stakeholders, and drive investigations towards cost-effective outcomes.
• Lead negotiations, contribute to arbitrations, support fraud prevention, and help maintain high standards of compliance and customer service.
• You'll contribute actively to team improvement initiatives and portfolio management in an organisation that values compliance and integrity.

• CIP Qualified
• Proven general insurance claims handling experience, ideally with property claims and knowledge of PL, EL, and Motor.
• Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
