To provide expert tailoring and garment alterations that ensure a flawless fit, delivering exceptional and personalised experience for clients. This role upholds Prada's values of craftsmanship and innovation by maintaining the highest standards of quality in tailoring, garment maintenance, and customer service within the flagship boutique.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide expert tailoring and alterations for luxury garments to ensure a flawless fit, while preserving the integrity and craftsmanship of the designs.
- Conduct fittings directly with clients, offering personalised advice and ensuring an exceptional luxury experience.
- Perform garment maintenance and repairs as required, maintaining high standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Handle a variety of high-quality fabrics, including delicate and intricate materials, with precision and care.
- Collaborate closely with the store team to deliver seamless service and meet client expectations.
- Embody and exhibit Prada's brand values of innovation and craftsmanship in every interaction and service provided.
- Keep detailed records of alterations and repairs for accurate client history and future reference.
- Manage product handling between the store and external service providers.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Proven experience as a skilled tailor with a strong portfolio of tailoring and alterations work.
Experience across womenswear, menswear, denim, leather, fur, binding and structured garments within a fast-paced environment.
Previous client-facing experience, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Expertise in working with luxury garments, including delicate fabrics and complex designs.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced boutique environment.
