Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and co-ordinate all aspects of practice operations, including staff management, performance optimisation, and service delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring the practice meets its long-term strategic objectives within a safe, efficient, and supportive environment.

You will also be responsible for promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, health and safety, quality improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, and staff development, while ensuring full compliance with GMS contract regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and co-ordinate all aspects of practice operations, including staff management, performance optimisation, and service delivery.

Salary and Benefits

Salary £40,000 - £60,000 pro rata per annum (depending upon experience) - Part time, hours negotiable
