Who we're looking for

• Recently qualified ACA or ACCA
• Previous experience working in a UK accountancy practice
• Someone motivated, supportive, and ready to take that step into management - no previous managerial experience needed

If you're enthusiastic about building your confidence, developing people skills, and getting involved in how a firm operates day to day, you'll fit right in.

What we'll help you develop

You'll receive full mentoring and a clear framework to help you grow into a team manager role, including:

• Supporting and supervising junior staff
• Planning workloads and helping the team stay on track
• Getting involved in practice development
• Taking on responsibilities within the senior leadership group
