We're growing fast - and we're looking for a PR Director to help lead what comes next.This is a big opportunity for someone who wants to be a true partner to agency leadership, shaping our direction, strengthening our reputation, and helping build an agency going places. We're backed by the award-winning Delphi, but still very much in start-up mode: flexible, entrepreneurial, and hungry to do standout work.You'll work across a mix of B2B and B2C tech clients - from some of the world's largest tech brands to high-growth UK start-ups - spanning AI, employee experience, cybersecurity, energy-tech and enterprise software.As a certified B Corp, how we show up and operate as a responsible business is an important part of who we are. We're currently hybrid, with a London co-working base where we meet 3 days a week to collaborate, learn and push things forwards as a team. The role As a Director, you'll be a senior leader who brings energy, momentum and conviction - someone who lifts the room, pushes thinking forward, and turns opportunity into action.With experience working across both B2B and B2C tech space, you'll be a big-ideas thinker and a builder - shaping narratives and campaigns that earn attention across earned media, social platforms, creators and cultural moments. You'll understand how modern audiences engage - not just through traditional media, but through influencers, communities, platforms and experiences.You'll be a network driver - someone who naturally connects across journalists, creators, influencers, partners and client stakeholders - and knows how to activate those relationships to deliver real impact.This role is as much about leading the work as it is about leading the agency, setting the pace, raising the bar, coaching talent, and helping us win and keep the right clients. Responsibilities Lead big ideas - Drive creative thinking that's ambitious, culturally-aware and audience-centric. Cutting through the noise to reach consumer audiences and translating complex B2B propositions into ideas that resonate. Shape the agency - Partner with leadership to define what we're known for, evolving our offer across B2B and B2C communications, including PR, influencer, social and audience strategy. Drive growth through network and opportunity - Build and activate strong relationships across media, creators, partners and communities - spotting opportunities that connect brand, culture and commercial impact, and converting them into standout campaigns and new business wins. Innovate how we reach audiences - Evolve how we use AI, search, platforms and creator ecosystems to ensure our work shows up where both professional and consumer audiences discover, engage and decide. Develop the team - Coach and grow talent in confident counsel, creative thinking and modern communications skills - building capability across B2B and B2C planning, influencer marketing and audience-first strategy. Be a senior client partner - Lead relationships with confidence and warmth, advising across both corporate reputation and audience engagement, from C-suite positioning to culturally relevant campaign moments for consumers. Raise the bar on storytelling and output - Ensure everything we produce is clear, distinctive and high-quality - shaping narratives that work across formats and audiences, from executive thought leadership to campaigns designed for social and creator amplification. Key skills Senior PR leadership experience, with strong client counsel and programme ownership across B2B and B2C environments A track record of generating big ideas and leading integrated campaigns that reach both business and broader audiences Experience working across earned media, social and influencer ecosystems - as well as coaching the know-how of others A natural networker, with strong relationships across media, creators, influencers and partners Confident communicator who builds trust quickly - from boardroom settings to more informal or public-facing environments Strong strategic and creative thinking, able to find the story, sharpen it and make it travel across multiple audiences and platforms Commercial instinct: understands what makes clients stay, what makes teams thrive, and what makes agencies grow Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and quality, with discernment and originality A leadership style that's collaborative and generous Our values Heroic - We're not afraid to challenge ourselves and go outside our comfort zones.
