We're recruiting a PR & Influencer Manager for a major consumer retail business undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth. High profile, amazing brands, great commercial performance!

This is a high-profile 12-month maternity cover with the potential to extend beyond the initial contract. We're looking for someone to join as soon as possible, so it could be a great opportunity if you're available immediately or at short notice.

You'll take the lead across PR, influencer marketing and brand partnerships, shaping campaigns across fashion, beauty and home and working with major creators, talent, media and agency partners.

The opportunity

• Own and develop the influencer and PR strategy
• Deliver high-impact creator, ambassador and PR campaigns
• Build relationships with leading talent, agencies and media
• Lead and develop an established PR & Influencer team
• Manage significant budgets and demonstrate commercial ROI
• Work closely with senior Brand, Social, Creative and Commercial stakeholders
• Play a highly visible role within a fast-paced, digitally-led consumer business

We'd love to hear from people with:

• Strong PR and influencer marketing experience
• A background in fashion, beauty, retail or a highly relevant consumer brand
• Experience managing agencies, talent and creator partnerships
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of campaign ROI
• Team leadership experience
• A genuine understanding of social, digital culture and the creator economy

Timing is important. The business is keen to appoint quickly, so we particularly want to hear from candidates who are immediately available or able to start at relatively short notice.
