Blue Legal is partnering with a leading law firm recruiting for a PR & Communications Executive to join their London office. The role reports to the PR & Communications Manager and works directly with the Director of Marketing and Business Development.

Responsibilities:

• Support proactive PR efforts by generating story ideas, pitching to media, and building relationships with key journalists and editors to connect them with firm partners.
• Track news agendas and editorial calendars, identify media opportunities (e.g., comment pieces, bylined articles), and conduct research to support strategic messaging.
• Coordinate media interviews, prepare briefing notes for lawyers, and attend interviews when needed.
• Draft and publish social media content, assist with awards submissions, and circulate media coverage internally.
• Assist with media monitoring, conflict checks, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure compliance and organization within the PR team.
• Build strong relationships across internal teams and explore the use of generative AI tools to enhance workflows and efficiency.

The Candidate:

• Experience in legal or professional services sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
