PR Account Executive

PR Account Executive - North London/Hybrid (office based 2-3 days per week/rest can be remote.

Our client is looking to interview w/c 2nd March and appoint in March 2026.

We're working with an award-winning, senior-led strategic communications agency that helps organisations in data, AI, research and higher education build trust, earn attention and drive real-world change. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Executive with 6-12+ months' agency experience who's ready to take the next step.

The role

You'll work with clients shaping tomorrow, from AI and data pioneers to universities and research institutions; helping turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories for media, policymakers and the public.

Your work will include:

• Drafting press releases, comments, blogs and briefing notes
• Proactive media outreach to national, trade and specialist titles
• Supporting thought leadership campaigns, reports and events
• Monitoring media and social channels, tracking coverage and reporting on impact
• Conducting research to inform strategy and content
• Using AI tools responsibly to support insight and delivery

You'll have direct exposure to senior leadership, meaningful responsibility from day one, and clear scope to grow quickly.

About you

• 6-12+ months' experience in a PR/communications agency
• Strong writing skills and excellent attention to detail
• Genuinely interested in tech, data, science or policy
• Proactive, organised and confident juggling deadlines
• Comfortable building relationships with colleagues, clients and journalists
• Keen to learn and develop in a fast-moving, intellectually curious environment
