The ideal candidate has a passion for helping businesses grow through tailored paid-media strategies that drive measurable results. In this role you will manage your own portfolio of clients, spanning a variety of industries, and support larger accounts alongside senior colleagues. You'll be the main point of contact for your clients and play an active role in spotting opportunities to expand their activity.

While supported by a wider group of channel specialists, we're looking for someone eager to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously develop their skill set.

  • Build and optimise campaigns following best practice to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Lead client communications across email, video calls and messaging platforms
  • Prepare agendas and manage workloads in project-management tools to deliver work on time
  • Provide clear, concise monthly and quarterly reporting that demonstrates performance and next steps
  • Deliver proactive, solutions-focused customer service
  • Contribute to internal projects that improve processes and share knowledge with the wider team

Qualifications

  • Foundational understanding of major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals and audience-first messaging
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Confidence working with data sets to identify trends, spot opportunities and perform root-cause analysis
  • Ability to work independently, researching and up-skilling when necessary
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Desire to broaden your expertise and grow into a well-rounded marketer
  • Collaborative mindset - comfortable requesting or providing expert support as needed
  • Preferably, a university degree or background in an analytical discipline
