One of our Customers at RED is in search of experienced Power BI Developer to join their Data & Analytics Team.

• Duration: Initial contract of 6 months -possibility of further extension
• Contract: Freelance
• Location: Remote - CET hours
• Language: English (Written & Spoken)
• Rate: Competitive (suitable for Eastern European market/offshore)

Education and Knowledge Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power BI Developer to join the Data & Analytics team, with a dedicated focus on delivering (design & development) impactful dashboards and data solutions for Corporate Functions. This role will support strategic initiatives by transforming complex data into actionable insights through Power BI.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Strong experience integrating data from Microsoft 365, Graph API, Active Directory, and Excel.
• Familiarity with enterprise data sources such as Viva Insights, HR systems, and financial tools.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into design documents and then to technical solutions.
• Experience with role-based access and data privacy best practices.
