Power BI Consultant

They're looking for a senior Power BI Consultant who knows how to make data usable. Your role is to build powerful semantic layers and data models that simplify analysis for business users. If you enjoy working directly with clients, shaping analytics foundations, and translating raw data into intuitive models - they'd like to meet you.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Power BI in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in DAX, Power BI Service, and semantic layer design (MAX priority: expertise modeling and optimizing with PowerBI).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Fabric and workspace management.
• Strong background in data modeling and analytics for business impact.
• Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Plus:

• Experience working with DBT and Snowflake (for SQL is enough).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable semantic models in Power BI for client-facing analytics projects in the aviation sector.
• Create DAX measures, relationships, and dataflows that support robust self-service environments.
• Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical Power BI architectures.
• Optimize and manage Power BI workspaces, including access control, sharing models, and governance setup.
• Work with Snowflake and DBT to prepare clean, well-modeled data for reporting.
• Use Power BI Fabric features to scale models, data pipelines, and storage efficiently.
• Guide and support business users to explore data confidently and independently.
