Power BI and Finance ERP Consultant

ARC Logiciels is looking for a specialized Consultant in Power BI & Finance ERP (A3 / Baubit Pro). ARC Logiciels seeks a Consultant specialized in Business Intelligence and Finance ERP to support its clients in data management for decision-making. By combining technical expertise with business understanding, you play a key role in developing high-performance analytical solutions and implementing our ERPs.Power BI and Finance ERP ConsultantYour main missions:Business Intelligence- Define the appropriate BI standards for clients using our comprehensive management solutions A3 and Baubit Pro.- Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards in Power BI.- Collect, analyze, and challenge business needs, especially in construction, finance, and management, converting these needs into robust and scalable techniques.- Design and optimize data models: MSSQL and Sybase, views, procedures, ensuring the quality, consistency, and performance of data flows (light ETL, Power Query, SQL scripts).ERP A3 Finance- Support clients in configuring and evolving the A3 Finance modules.- Undertake consulting tasks: accounting processes.- Ensure support (level 2).- Participate in incident resolution and technical issues.Requirements:- Mastery of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, modeling).- Strong SQL skills.- Knowledge of ERP environments, especially in Finance or a willingness to train in it.- Understanding of accounting and financial processes.- Active listening and business understanding.- Analytical mindset.- Organized and goal-oriented.- Experience: X degree in management, finance, or confirmed experience in BI and/or on a financial ERP (at least 3 years ideally).- Knowledge of the construction sector is a plus.We offer:- Company car, parking equipped with electric charging stations connected to solar power.- 5 weeks of vacation, increasing after 5 years.- Possibility of remote work.- A dynamic environment in a company with over 30 years of experience in ERP software and solutions.Start date: immediately or as agreed.Work location: Yverdon-les-Bains, travel to clients in French-speaking Switzerland.For any applications, send your complete file with a cover letter to: ARC Logiciels, Mrs. X, rue des Philosophes 47, Yverdon-les-Bains.
